Ayurveda, as many people think, is not just a herbal remedy or a massage therapy. It is much more than that and more deeper than physical medicine.
Ayurveda is all about healthy living not for just the body but of a complete living being. It is complete because, Ayurveda does not look at a person just as a physical body but as a complex combination of body, mind and the soul or spirit in him/her. Moreover, Ayurveda defines health as a balanced status of physical, mental, spiritual and social well being, not merely a state of absence of disease/s.
